My reasons to quit smoking.
- No more chronic bronchitis.
- Save money.
- More energy and stamina
- To make my family proud of me.
So yeah I’m quitting again. The Redbrick journey I’m on says : Write down three positive things about a past attempt to quit.
I remember being able to laugh without coughing.
Not feeling guilty about spending so much money on cigarettes.
being able to deal with stressful things without automatically reaching for my pack and lighter.
July 1, 2013 is my quit day.
